I stumbled upon the website workisnotajob.com and was thrilled to find this manifesto, of sorts, in their 'about' section. There is something about manifestos that I absolutely love (I've posted about them here and here before.) I think it's the passion that gets to me, and the process of putting that passion to words. These short snippets shed light on what motivates people, and companies, to do what they do.
What would your manifesto be, and would it be relevant to people outside of your industry? Here's my first attempt at a personal manifesto. It's nowhere near perfect yet, but it's certainly a starting point.
