Walking home from class last night we came upon this beautiful red plastic chair with a sign that said 'free.' Not sure why the original owner was getting rid of it, but it's a new love in my life and makes a perfect porch chair. (Upon further investigation, its a simple, and probably cheap, chair from Ikea, but also surprisingly comfortable) I think this is the perfect example of urban sustainability. When you're finished with something, why not pass it on instead of throwing it out?
